Listing Restrictions

Customer agrees not to submit any descriptions/information/photographs unless the customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations from the appropriate copyright holders/photographers. businesses4sale.co.nz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listings it deems inappropriate, offensive or involved in illegal activities, or for any other reason. businesses4sale.co.nz shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Business will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the website.

Broker Subscription

Broker subscriptions will automatically renew at the prevailing monthly subscription cost and the credit card number provided for initial payment will be charged accordingly unless the customer notifies businesses4sale.co.nz 30 days prior to the renewal date. businesses4sale.co.nz reserves the right to change its fees, payment frequency, or billing methods at any time. And will provide timely notice of any such changes.

Website

While as much care is taken to keep the website up, businesses4sale.co.nz will not be held responsible for any down time our servers may experience. businesses4sale.co.nz will not be held liable for any damages of any kind, resulting from the use of the site.
